We are delighted to continue our collaboration with a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of London. They are now looking for an energetic & charismatic Bar Manager to lead the team at their ultra-luxury cigar bar, a haven of sophistication and world-class hospitality.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of cigars/working within a similar environment.

• £55,000 to £60,000 per annum plus circa £6,000 service charge + cash tips

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the ultra-luxury cigar bar
• Delivering an exceptional, discreet, and personalised guest experience
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to uphold 5-star standards
• Working closely with the wider hotel F&B and sommelier teams to curate premium cigar, spirit, and cocktail offerings
• Maintaining impeccable product knowledge across cigars, rare whiskies, cognacs, and fine wines
• Upholding all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
• Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and team rotas efficiently
