They are seeking a talented Deputy Restaurant Lounge Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience, overseeing the seamless service of their renowned afternoon tea and exquisite all-day dining facilities.

• £40,000 plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Deputy Restaurant Lounge Manager…

• Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Lounge Manager to maintain optimal staffing levels and achieve exceptional performance standards.
• Assisting in leading the day-to-day operations of the lounge area, ensuring seamless service for all-day dining and afternoon tea.
• Fostering a positive and dynamic working environment, bringing high energy and enthusiasm to the team.
• Taking a creative approach to delivering a luxurious and memorable experience for every guest.
• Providing effective training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of team members.
