Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, this stunning luxury weddings and events venue is looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead their culinary team. With a reputation for delivering unforgettable dining experiences, this is your chance to showcase your skills at a venue renowned for its charm and creativity.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

• £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus a bonus
• Working on average 45 hours per week (More hours in summer, fewer in winter)
• Leading a dynamic and creative kitchen brigade

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Overseeing a talented team of 3 to 4 chefs and additional freelancers to deliver exceptional catering for up to 150 guests per event
• Creating bespoke menus for over 180 weddings a year, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Showcasing open-fire cooking techniques, from succulent lamb chops and steaks to woodfire pizzas, burgers, and tacos
• Managing kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
