A Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group is looking for an experienced RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a Reservations department within Hotel/ Lodge environment, for multiple properties
- Proven experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar
- Valid RSA ID
- Drivers License beneficial, or access to reliable transport
- Have excellent administration skills and be able to manage all tasks pertaining to reservations.
- Be computer literate and have working knowledge of PMS systems – Nebula, eRes, Opera
- Have a good command of the English language – verbal and written
- Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
- Work well under pressure and have good problem solving skills
- Be a team player and work well in an office environment
