Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

E-Commerce supervisor responsibilities of operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation using Line Balancing tools.
  • Assume Picking Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Picking Manager
  • Constantly monitor wave proves and make modifications when needed
  • Ensure all Productivity reports are monitored for accuracy.
  • Coach, counsel employees not meeting standard
  • Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change
  • Organize web order workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Responsible for ecommerce inventory management and order flow
  • Keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies.
  • Ensure ecommerce service level agreements are being reached
  • Ensure a seamless transition of information is being relayed between both shifts
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • BA or BS Degree
  • Production planning experience
  • Strong computer skills including Manhattan SCALE, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • 5 year previous supervisory experience
  • Radio Frequency based paperless picking experience
  • Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
  • Outstanding communication skills, Bilingual – Spanish preferred
  • Experience within an automated MHE environment
  • 3 year experience with major retailer routing guides
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00.
