Job Description

  • Able to perform Level 1 – Level 3 associate functions.
  • Assist in monitoring main duties and responsibilities across Operation Function.
  • Upon training, be able to Lead/Execute Waving / Picking / Inventory/ VASROOM / Packing and Supply functions.
  • Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when workload changes.
  • Allocate / Re-allocate resources according to workload / capacity.
  • Organize web orders workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Assist with all E-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data.
  • Ensure E-commerce Service Level Agreement (SLA) are being reached.
  • Assist in SOP’s, Guides, Presentations as needed.
  • Assist in creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation.
  • Partner with External Departments when needed.
  • Coordinate with Customer Management when needed.
  • Assist with editing/cutting/canceling orders in system.
  • Assume E-commerce Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the E-commerce shifts.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of information/communication is being relayed between both shifts.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Lead experience helpful
  • Minimum of two years experience in warehousing or distribution environment
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

The position rate is at $22.50/hour for 2nd shift. 

4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday Schedule
